The Role

We’re looking for a Head of Growth to turn our product into a magnet. You’ll lead everything from awareness to activation. You’ll define and test strategies, launch experiments, drive adoption, and build out a growth stack that scales.

You’ll be both strategic and hands-on - an architect and a builder. You’ll work directly with the founders, product, and engineering to create something customers can’t live without.

Your goal: make Knowlix a product people discover, love, and share.

Your profile

What You Bring (Requirements)

Proven ability to drive user and revenue growth from zero-to-one
6+ years experience in the growth area
Analytical sharpness - you love digging into funnels, cohorts, and insights
High ownership and comfort with fast iteration and ambiguity
Deep understanding of the US landscape from direct experience
Bias to action
Deep care about the user - and what makes them fall in love with a product
You are wildly ambitious, but low ego - driven by craft, not titles

You’ll Thrive Here If You… (Preferred)

Are obsessed with applying AI to automate, test, and scale your own workflows
Have built or scaled a strong consumer or SMB-facing brand
Have led teams or want to grow into that role quickly
