Your mission

Conduct cutting-edge research on deep learning methods, stay updated with the latest ML/AI advancements and integrate promising breakthroughs.
Design and develop ML models for classifying, organizing, and understanding documents by using state-of-the-art NLP and vision models.
Understand and integrate state-of-the-art Transformer architectures like GPT into ML models.
Experiment with attention mechanisms to improve document representation.
Implement interactive and dynamic document exploration.
Apply Key Information Extraction techniques to pinpoint key data within the documents.
Use AWS cloud services extensively for deployment, monitoring, and scaling of ML solutions.
Implement cutting-edge federated learning techniques and fine-tune on-device models while upholding user privacy.
Share insights, ideas, and methodologies that could contribute to the company's mission.
Work closely with a team of experienced AI experts.

Your profile

Master's degree in computer science, mathematics, electrical engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in machine learning, deep learning, and data engineering.
Proficiency in Python, and familiarity with ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS or Azure, is advantageous.
Ability to conduct independent research and passion for innovation.
Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and innovative thinking abilities.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Fluent English and basic knowledge of German.
